农业部指定中国北方无毒苗木繁育基地
莱州大自然园艺科技有限公司是由莱州市小草沟园艺场组成的民营农林业科研、生产、推广单位，位于风景秀丽的山东半岛渤海湾畔的莱州市东南山区，是青岛、烟台、潍坊三地市的交汇处。
我公司系“农业部山东联建果树无病毒苗木繁育基地”、“中国农科院果树研究所无病毒栽培试验基地”、“山东省果树良种推广中心”、“全国银杏研究会培训基地”、“山东省银杏育苗基地”。建有封闭式果树无病毒母本园和品种资源采穗圃。集国内外林果良种248个品系，先后承担国家、省、地、市科验项目20余个，并在国家工商局注册了“小草”牌苗木。
自1985年建场以来，向国内外21个省、市、自治区及韩国挂牌销售苹果苗木1.8亿余株，累计创造直接经济效益6000多万元，社会效益40多亿元。这里的苗木扮美了城市，染绿了乡村。农业部曾先后三次在基地召开全国性现场会议。2008年被山东省林业局评为省十佳苗圃（《山东省林业局》鲁林种字【2008】118号）；公司先后荣获“全国成人教育先进单位”、“全国农村十面红旗团支部”、“省级文明单位”、“山东省民办科技三十强”、“省级样板园”等荣誉称号。；原农业部部长何康视察基地建设并题词：培育无毒苗木富国裕民。
Laizhou Natural Gardening Science and Technology Co., Ltd is a private integration for agriculture and forestry scientific research, production and promoting, composed of Laizhou Xiaocaogou Farm Garden. It is “the base of Shandong fruit breeding”, “the state-class base of “nursery-stock growing of virus-free fruit trees jointly established by agricultural ministry and Shandong province” and “ the center of fruit breeding extention of Shandong”.And it is designated as the base for “China gingko research institute training” and “Shandong gingko breeding”. As a provincial class closed-garden of mothering plant and variety resources, it has successively undertaken many keysicentific research projects of the state, province and city, being first in registering “Xiaocao” trademark. With the brand “Xiaocao”, since1985,it has sold quality nursery stocks of 1800 million to 21 provinces, cities and other regions as well as South Korea, with the direct economic profit exceeding 60million Yuan, social benefit up to 4 billion Yuan.The trees and plant make the city and villages more beautiful and green. The State Agricutural Ministry has held the on-site meetings for successive three times, in which all the experts have no doubt that the farm garden ranks first in the country in the following items: production scale, administrative standardization, breeding purity and quality, technoloy strength, credit and covering surface. And the garden has been praised as “ No.1 village of nursery stock in China”.
The company has successively gained the titles of “ national adult education advanced unit”, “national leading League”, “provincial class civilization unit” and “provincial class model garden”, whcih is among the strongest thirty units of private science and technology ”.
